Using high-quality high-permeability silicon steel sheets, combined with a full-slope seam and multi-step process, the no-load loss is low; the winding design is optimized, the load loss is small, and it meets energy-saving requirements, effectively reducing operating costs.
² Environmental Protection and Safety:
Utilizing epoxy resin for casting insulation, without the use of transformer oil, there is no issue of oil leakage pollution. Moreover, the materials are flame-resistant and explosion-proof, with excellent fire prevention and flame-retardant properties, allowing for direct installation at the load center.
² Ultra-Quiet Operation
By optimizing the core and winding structure design, the operating noise is low, with no-load noise ≤55dB, making it suitable for installation in noise-sensitive locations
² Easy Maintenance: Designed for maintenance-free operation, it has no oil conservator and no risk of leakage. Routine checks only require monitoring temperature rise and appearance, which reduces operational and maintenance costs. Strong Environmental Adaptability:

It can operate normally under 100% humidity conditions, and there is no need for pre-drying before powering up after a shutdown. It can be equipped with enclosures of different protection levels to adapt to various environments.
