MNS Low Voltage Draw-Out Switchgear
Features
● Rational Structural Design
The MNS distribution cabinet adopts a combined, modular structural design. Its cabinet frame is generally formed by bending high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, featuring good strength and rigidity to stably carry internal electrical components. Each functional unit is independent and can be flexibly combined or adjusted according to actual needs, facilitating system expansion or modification and greatly enhancing the cabinet's versatility and adaptability.
● Excellent Protection Performance
It boasts a high protection rating, usually reaching IP30 or higher. This effectively prevents the intrusion of foreign objects such as dust and solid debris into the cabinet, well protecting internal electrical components, ensuring their stable operation in a relatively clean and safe environment, and extending their service life.
● Reliable Electrical Performance
In terms of electrical connections, it adopts an advanced busbar system with excellent electrical conductivity, capable of carrying large currents. The connections are firm, reducing the risk of faults like overheating caused by poor contact. Meanwhile, various internal electrical components such as circuit breakers, contactors, and relays are of high quality, enabling precise control and protection of circuits and ensuring stable and reliable operation of the entire power distribution system.
● Convenient Operation and Maintenance
The cabinet door features a user-friendly design, with reasonable layouts of operating handles, instrument displays, etc., allowing operators to easily perform switching operations and read operating parameters. In addition, due to its modular nature, during maintenance, it is possible to quickly locate faulty modules for replacement without large-scale disassembly of the entire cabinet, significantly saving maintenance time and costs.
● Good Heat Dissipation Performance
The cabinet is usually equipped with reasonable ventilation channels and heat dissipation devices, which can promptly dissipate heat generated by internal electrical components during operation. This prevents performance degradation of electrical components due to excessive temperatures, ensuring the reliability of the distribution cabinet during long-term operation.
Range of Application
Power plants, substations, commercial buildings, and telecom centers for power control and reactive compensation via capacitor cabinets.
Operating conditions
● Ambient Temperature: -5°C to +40°C, with a 24-hour average ≤+35°C.
● Atmospheric Conditions: Clean air with relative humidity ≤50% at +40°C. Higher humidity is permitted at lower temperatures (e.g., 90% at +20°C), but temperature variations may occasionally cause condensation.
● Altitude: ≤2000m.
● Transport & Storage Temperature: -25°C to +55°C, with short-term (≤24h) peaks up to +70°C. The equipment shall sustain no irrecoverable damage at these limits and shall operate normally under standard conditions.
Note: For applications exceeding the above conditions, please consult our company for customization.
