01
Combined Transformer Substation, American Type
Model Definition

Features
● Compact Design: Volume is only ~1/3 of domestic European-style substations with the same capacity.
● Fully Sealed & Insulated: Eliminates the need for insulation clearances, ensuring personal safety.
● Flexible Application: Suitable for both ring main and terminal systems with easy conversion, enhancing power supply reliability.
● Load-bearing Cable Joints: Operable at 200A load current, functioning as load switches in emergencies with isolator switch features.
● Dual Fuse Protection: Reduces operation costs. Plug-in fuses are thermal-magnetic (sensitive to temperature & current).
● Delta/Wye Connection & Column Structure: Offers high voltage quality, neutral point non-shift, non-heating enclosure, low noise, and good lightning protection.
Operating conditions
● Altitude: ≤1000m (special design required for higher altitudes)
● Wind Pressure: ≤10Pa (equivalent to 35m/s)
● Humidity: Daily avg. ≤95%, monthly avg. ≤90%
● Temperature: -25°C to +40°C
● Vibration Resistance: Horizontal acceleration 0.4m/s²; vertical acceleration 0.15m/s²
● Seismic Intensity: 8 degrees
● Installation Inclination: ≤3°
● Environmental Requirements: Free from corrosive/flammable gases, water vapor pollution; no severe vibration at installation site.
